The first MBC Tour Week was held in the spring of 2019 as a full week of events for the diverse business community. Working together, MBC Members hosted over 30 events across the city to highlight resources and insight from both sides of the state line and share the successes of our community’s business owners to decision and policy makers at a local, state, and national level.
The offered workshops focused on strategies in policy, finance, procurement, construction and real estate and offered several opportunities for networking.
The second annual MBC Tour Week will run in collaboration with Global Entrepreneurship Week from November 16-22, 2020. Working with Global Entrepreneurship Network, we’re looking forward to connecting resource partners and existing and aspiring entrepreneurs across the state.
This year, events will focus on developing connections and strategies for diverse business communities to join in the fight for equality through entrepreneurship and economic opportunity.
The four global themes of GEW 2020 will focus on Ecosystems, Education, Inclusion and Policy. For more information how how to get involved with Global Entrepreneurship Week, please review our dedicated page for all things GEW here.
