Lasting change in our local and global communities will require more than a social media statement. As business leaders and network makers, it is our responsibility to measure each action by its ability to influence systemic change and connect communities to resources. 

The Multicultural Business Coalition Corporate Pledge is designed to help large companies implement solutions that influence economic change.

Pledge Commitments:

• Participate in the MBC in-house training program to engage, train, and work with diverse business owners
• Make a financial commitment to our pipeline program designed to expose high school and college students to entrepreneurship and racial, economic, and financial literacy education.
• Agree to participate in a “Quality Index Score” program by sharing company information on diverse employment, leadership, and procurement factors. 
• Take our hiring pledge to create inclusion, equitable contracting and partnership opportunities with diverse owned firms.
