This November, Global Entrepreneurship Network will celebrate 12 years of helping millions of people unleash their ideas to start and scale new businesses through Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The campaign began in 2008 with an emphasis on inspiring young people to make their mark and has quickly grown to become a comprehensive effort that engages entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, researchers, support organizations and others collaborating to advance economic growth and innovation in more than 170 countries around the world.
The Multicultural Business Coalition is working with GEN as the Missouri State Coordinator of Global Entrepreneurship Week. The state coordinators tapped by GEN will encourage hundreds of organizations throughout their state to plan and conduct activities during GEW USA. In this capacity, we will also play a role in connecting those organizations and other key stakeholders to expand awareness and enable the participation of communities not traditionally engaged in entrepreneurial activity.
Organizations anywhere in the United States interested in planning and conducting an activity, event or competition during Global Entrepreneurship Week should create a profile and add their event to the official list at gewusa.co. Individuals or organizations interested in serving as the lead coordinator for their state or community should complete the GEW State Coordinator / Community Organizer application form through Global Entrepreneurship Network.
There are a variety of ways to get involved and share your expertise for Global Entrepreneurship Week. See our options below or contact us to discuss additional opportunities.
Global Entrepreneurship Week 2020 will be held on November 16-22, 2020.
